Novarra designs and builds custom AI automation solutions — including AI receptionists, chatbots, revenue recovery systems and tailored workflows. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the information and access we reasonably need to deliver your solution, to use the systems we build only for lawful purposes, and to ensure that any data you share with us can lawfully be shared.

Payments

Fees, billing terms and any recurring charges will be set out in the proposal or agreement for your project. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable on the terms agreed at the start of the engagement.

Intellectual property

Content on this website — including text, graphics and branding — is owned by Novarra. Ownership of custom work delivered to you as part of an engagement is defined in your project agreement.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to deliver reliable systems and maintain them for you, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novarra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
